Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer 'spotted kissing passionately during romantic reunion'

Jennifer Aniston and her ex-lover John Mayer have been spotted kissing passionately after enjoying a romantic reunion, it was reported today.

Last month the MailOnline told exclusively how Jennifer had called her ex-partner and reinitiated contact, with them talking daily.

Now America's National Enquirer reports that the two flew from New York to Los Angeles together, landing at midday British time yesterday.

'They were very lovey-dovey,' an insider told the Enquirer. 'They kissed several times and hugged each other tightly. John gave her a long, lingering kiss.'

The pair, who split in August after a four-month romance, are said to have looked like lovers by the time they arrived back in California.

Once in L.A. they went their separate ways but insiders say they will be seeing each other before too long.

Jennifer had been in New York doing some shopping before she started her promotional work for her new movies, He’s Just Not That Into You and Marley And Me.

'John was relaxing after finishing his international tour, and they hooked up,' said the source.

'After spending time together under the radar in New York, they flew to Los Angeles together and looked every bit the couple they once were.'

The 39-year-old actress feels that after all she has been through watching Brad and Angie’s family grow, she’d love Brad to see photos of her holding her own baby and show him she’s not the self-centered girl he had made her out to be.

“It’s my turn now,” she told a friend.

And Jen believes the rocker is perfect daddy material. “Jen feels so strongly that John is ‘the one,’ ” says a source. “She knows he can handle being a dad.”

The Friends star, who has had in a string of failed relationships since her divorce from Brad Pitt in 2005, has been spotted cosying up to singer songwriter John Mayer in Miami over the weekend.

Dressed in a skimpy white bikini, the 39-year-old was caught cuddling up to the tattooed musician - nine years her junior - on a giant sunbed at her exclusive hotel while on a break from filming her new comedy Marley & Me.

Sources say the pair were engaged in regular email flirtations before going public with their budding romance last week.

They were also seen sharing an intimate lunch date at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in Miami on Friday before moving on to Casa Tua on South Beach.

A source told Mail Online: "She's really into John, and the nine year age difference doesn't bother her for a second. Jen's already telling friends she's falling in love with this guy."

While John has since returned to New York while Jennifer continues filming in Florida, another beach rendezvous is on the cards.

The source added: "Jen's really hoping he can spend more time in Miami with her. She just wants to see a lot more of him. This was definitely not a one-off thing as far as she's concerned."

Before this romance, John dated a string of Hollywood stars including Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Love Hewitt and most recently, actress Minka Kelly.

Grieving Cameron Diaz comforted by Justin Timberlake at memorial service for her father

A grief-stricken Cameron Diaz has received some much-needed support from ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake at a memorial service for her father.

The actress is said to be devastated following the sudden death of Emilio, 58, from pneumonia last Tuesday. The oil company foreman had been diagnosed with flu several weeks earlier.

The informal service, which was held in Seal Beach, California, on Sunday, saw the Hollywood star comforted by Timberlake and another former boyfriend, singer-songwriter John Mayer, who dated Diaz earlier this year.

The pair arrived at the memorial separately and stayed until around 4pm, by which time most of the other guests had departed.

Diaz - keen to ensure the service would be a celebration of her father's life - asked friends and family to wear colourful clothing and to not bring flowers.

Instead, she asked guests to make donations to two ocean protection charities.

One guest said: 'Most people started arriving at 1.30 and hardly anyone wore black.

'Lots of people were wearing Hawaiian shirts. It looked more like a party.'

In a statement released last week, Diaz, who was very close to her father, said: 'My dad was loved by so many people. His humour and spirit will always live on in our hearts.'

He is survived by his wife Billie and Diaz's older sister Chimene.

Diaz and Timberlake split last January. The actress has since been single. Timberlake has been working with Madonna on her new album.
