ANNE HECHE's estranged husband has won the first round in the couple's bitter divorce battle. Videographer Coleman Laffoon has been granted shared temporary custody of the couple's five-year-old son Homer and Los Angeles Superior Court authorities ignored the actress' plea to terminate the court's jurisdiction over spousal support. Instead they awarded Laffoon $19,000 (£9,500) in child and spousal support for May (07). But that's not quite the figure Laffoon had in mind - he filed papers earlier this month (May07) asking his estranged wife for $33,000 (£16,500)-a-month in spousal support.
