TMZ reports that when Lachey and Minnillo were on vacation in Mexico, paparazzi got shows of the pair in the buff. Those racy photos of the couple were published in this week’s Life & Style magazine, showing the two engaged in a heavy makeout session in a jacuzzi at a private resort. Not bad, but pretty much as harmless as a half-nude Rebecca Gayheart just standing around topless. Unless there’s was more… … like the pair having hardcore sex in a hot tub. Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo might as well be fully dressed in this photo, at least when compared with naked sex pics that have recently come out. A source who has seen the pictures tells TMZ that they are “[Paris Hilton] sex tape-level scandalous,” and include images of the couple in several different sex positions. It’s the kind of stuff typically reserved for Jenna Jameson. Or Kim Kardashian. High-powered Hollywood attorney Marty Singer has sent a letter to the weekly celebrity gossip mags, warning them that should they publish the steamy pics, they’ll face one giant lawsuit. Singer told TMZ the photographer was “outrageous and malicious,” adding, “The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.” Awww, come on. Relax, Marty. In an age when famous athletes and actress go naked for Playboy, such as Amanda Beard and Garcelle Beauvais nude, would it really be that big of a deal if these pics got out?
