While earlier photos showed Britney with Matt Encinias in the same grasp, he wasn't the one that Britney had her eye on that night an insider told the magazine."That boy who claimed he went back to hang out with Britney and hook up with her? No that's not what happened," a close friend of the pop star tells the weekly entertainment magazine. "Instead of hookig up with him, Shannon ended up back in brit's room and bed."If Britney had a fling with Shannon it was brief. They were spotted together in only their underwear taking a dip in the sea and posing for the paparazzi. They've been snapped together in the street kissing and grabbing each other while headed for lunch at an LA Gay bar. But Shannon is denying the tryst."Britney needs constant reassurance of someone's affection and is very touchy-feely, even if she likes someone. Brit loves the attention that comes from flirting." Certainly she gets the attention, she is the number one paparazzi target and was just spotted with illusionist Criss Angel after the wild photos emerged.Now all of this is likely headed to court if Kevin Federline has his way. The national Enquirer is reporting that K-Fed is not only handing out subpoenas but has a secret weapon in his bitter battle to gain full custody of the two boys he has with Britney Spears- shocking video tapes that paint a chilling picture of Brit's boozing, drug use and violence sources tell The Enquirer."It's more than getting custody of the kids- in Kevin's mind it's rescuing them. He thinks Britney is an unfit mother and he wants his children away from her ASAP," said a source close to Federline."If he doesn't act immediately, Kevin is convinced that Britney's drug use, boozing and out-of-control behavior will result in a tragic accident." To bolster his case, Kevin has obtained video footage from 15 surveillance cameras that Britney installed in their $12 million mansion is Malibu. The sophisticated security system recorded activity in the home from the front gates to the kitchen in 2005 and 2006, according to insiders."This is the smoking gun Kevin has been waiting to use," said an insider. In addition to the video tapes, Kevin has voicemail tapes of Britney admitting she was out drinking with friends, the insider revealed to the magzine."Kevin believes that Britney lets the boys run around with dirty diapers because she's too lazy to change them."
