Cops Had To Drawn Guns After Lindsay Lohan Car Cash

A woman that says she was in the car that was involved in the infamous car cash involving Lindsay Lohan has filed a lawsuit against the actress and claims that Lindsay put her the though the most terrifying night of her life. In papers filed yesterday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Tracie Rice says she was in the SUV driven by Michelle Peck, the mother of Lindsay’s former assistant. Rice says she “was convinced that their lives were in danger and that they had to outrun the pursuing car or they might be killed.”Rice also divulged that she and Peck were so terrified that Peck drove through a barricade and into the parking lot near the Santa Monica Police Station. Rice says she then jumped out of the SUV and ran toward the police officers when she saw Lindsay jump out of another SUV and run toward her. The lawsuit also states a fun new fact that we didn’t know before.“Police officers approached all of them with guns drawn.” If that isn’t crazy enough, there were three men in the car with Lindsay that night say she commandeered a car and took them hostage.
