He certainly has process servers working overtime and at one point had Britney's parents on his side for the sake of the kids. In Touch Weekly reports that after Britney shut her parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears, out of her life, they sided with Kevin.They were hoping that it might force their daughter to get the help she needs and protect their grandchildren. They had even voluntarily given statements regarding her erratic behavior and parenting skills, which could've helped Kevin's legal case against Britney.But in a shocking change of heart, they refused to sign the statements at the last minute. "They love their daughter," says an insider. "Once they realized how much this would embarrass her in front of the world - and be on record forever - they couldn't do it." It seems Britney's missing her parents, too.She recently told a pal, "I don't even talk to my mom and dad - when did my life get so screwy?"
