Nineteen year-old Chesare Bono checked himself in the same Utah rehab facility to fight an addiction to painkillers.“Chez is telling pals that he and Lindsay have fallen for each other big time. They plan on moving in with one another just as soon as they get out of rehab. He is telling people they spend every moment they can together and lean on each other for comfort.”Lindsay and Chez may be crazy in love but we bet Chesare’s mother, Republican congresswoman Mary Bono, most likely will not pleased that her son is dating the mattress of Hollywood.
