Naomi Campbell Settles With Aide.... Supermodel Naomi Campbell has settled a lawsuit with a former employee who claims she was verbally and physically abused by the star. Amanda Brack, 21, sued Campbell in July 2006 for unspecified damages, accusing her of assault, battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress. Brack's attorney, Gerald McCarthy, claimed the abusive incidents started a month after she began working for Campbell in February 2005. McCarthy said Campbell assaulted Brack on several occasions, but alleges a July 2005 incident - when Campbell accused Brack of stealing from her - was the last straw, forcing Brack to quit. The settlement of the lawsuit emerged after a New York judge issued a brief order granting the dismissal of the case. Click here to find out more! The order stated only that "the action has (been) settled and discontinued" according to the lawyers' agreement dated 27 April (07). No settlement terms have been disclosed.
