That’s right kids. Britney Spears the Party Girl is back in all her tacky glory. In what we count as her 12,345 bad fashion choice, Britney hits the town in this wrinkly, ill-fitting green dress that results in a public nip slip and an upskirt. This dress fit so bad that at one point during the evening Britney just put in on backwards and tied it tight so it wouldn’t fall off. Does she just not ever try anything on before she buys it, does she go shopping with people who lie to her about how things on her, does she not have mirrors in her house? I think these are all valid questions.
