Britney Spears took time out of her hate campaign for her mother this week to celebrate the 4th of July. But who is this new hulky guy driving her around? We hope beyond all hope he is just a hired driver/bodyguard/watcher type person. This is the first time we’ve seen Britney looking halfway decent in quite a while. Granted, we can’t see what she is wearing or what shape her weave is in so she could be just as much a hot mess as normal behind that visor for all we know.
