Celebrity gossip site TMZ has learned that attorney Gloria Allred is on her way to court regarding the Britney Spears / Kevin Federline custody fight.Allred will reportedly inform the judge that she has a secret witness who wants to testify at the September 17 custody hearing.Allred plans to tell the judge the witness is “intimidated” and concerned about revealing his/her identity (though reports say it’s a he).TMZ’s prediction: Gloria is going to get her publicity seeking rear end unceremoniously booted out of the hearing. Tuesday, K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, also told Judge Scott Gordon that he had a “secret” witness.Judge Gordon said, unequivocally “We don’t do secret witnesses.” Do Gloria and MVK have the same “secret” witness?
