We don’t know why we get surprised by Britney Spears actions, but everyday we still sit slack-jawed at her ignorant behavior. Britney decided she needed a tanning session very late the other night so she she grabbed one of her “go” friends, put in her crazy blue contacts and took off.Note to Britney: You really should wear a bra after having two kids. Those puppies are going South toward your hometown.
