Ricky Martin reveals all about life with his Adorable twin boys on Oprah

He was guarded about his sexuality for years and reserved about his new adventure as a family man - now Ricky Martin is sharing his joy of becoming a father via a surrogate mother on the Oprah Winfrey show.

Ricky welcomed cameras to his home for a candid portrait of his happy family home life for his interview with Oprah, in which he talks about his sons and his sexuality for the first time.

The 39-year-old Puerto Rican megastar quietly became father of twin boys, called Matteo and Valentino, in August 2008.
Previously, the star has only released occasional pictures of himself with the two gorgeous children via his official Twitter account, then 'came out' on his website in March this year.

The singer said at the time : 'I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am.'

But he has never before opened up about becoming father or finally going public with his sexuality.

Before he came out as gay, the Livin' La Vida Loca star had a 14-year on-off relationship with Mexican TV host Rebecca de Alba. However, they split for good in 2005.

The singer had previously refused to comment on speculation that he was gay, saying: 'I don't think I should say whether I'm gay or not, or who I've slept with or not.'

Oprah's interview with Martin is airing in the US on November 2 and he's also due to appear on The View the day after.

View co-host Barbara Walters previously interviewed him in 2000, during which she grilled him about his much-debated-at-the-time sexuality. She later admitted she felt the questions 'were inappropriate.'

When asked by a reporter what the one regret of her career was, Walters' replied: 'I pushed Ricky Martin very hard to admit if he was gay or not, and the way he refused to do it made everyone decide that he was.
'A lot of people say that destroyed his career, and when I think back on it now, I feel it was an inappropriate question.'

Ricky is on the chatshow conveyor belt to plug his new autobiography.

Called Me, it details his life, career and journey to officially come out.

The book hits shops in the US next week.

Meanwhile, the singer's first new material in six years is due out before the end of the year.

The Best Thing About Me Is You is a described as an emotional duet featuring Ricky and Joss Stone and is the first track from a new studio album, due out next year.

Arnold's teen son Patrick shows off his muscular body

His father used to have the best body in the world, and it looks as though Patrick Schwarzenegger is following in his footsteps.

The 17-year-old stepped out without his shirt in Los Angeles over the weekend, showing off his six-pack and biceps.

The Governor of California's son did not achieve his muscles through body-building like Arnold though. His strong, lean physique is the result of yoga, while Arnold famously bulked up through body building.

He worked up a sweat at an LA yoga studio, and walked to his car dressed only in gym shorts, and carrying his jumper and slippers.

Patrick was joined by mother Maria Shriver, who covered up in a brown T-shirt and leggings.

Across town Patrick's older sister Katherine was joined by their father at a book signing in her honour.

The 20-year-old has penned a self-esteem book for teens called Rock What You've Got: Secrets to Loving Your Inner and Outer Beauty from Someone Who's Been There and Back.

The 63-year-old proudly posed for pictures with his attractive daughter as she signed copies of the book, which she says aims to 'let girls know they are not alone with the changes and doubts about their body.'

The revealing novel describes life in the Schwarzenegger family, and chronicles Katherine's own body image issues as a teen.

'I had the best relationship with my Mom. I still do. I talk to her four times a day,' she says.

'I also have an amazing relationship with my Dad. I talk to him about boys, about going out, about what I'm interested in, about business.'

Katherine's book reveals how her former body-builder father, who still exercises twice a day, taught her and her siblings about healthy living.

'I look back on my Dad cleaning out the fridge, taking out the ice cream, and I think that's hysterical,' she told the New York Post.

He told her: 'You can't get anything done in a day if you get up past 5.30am.'
