Lily Allen's 'I'm An Alcoholic' Confession.... British singer Lily Allen has confessed she is an alcoholic and fears her addiction could kill her. The Smile hitmaker admits her partying ways have taken its toll and is heading to the recording studio to in a bid to curb her excessive habits. She says, "I'm an alcoholic now. It's not good and that's why I want to get back into the studio. "I've actually pulled myself aside and said it will kill me if I keep it up. "I've got to stop abusing myself because as far as I'm concerned every loon hates me now." Meanwhile Allen's dad has defended his daughter saying she is 'under a lot of pressure' The father of British pop star Lily Allen, actor Keith has defended his daughter's recent blog outbursts. Lily has admitted to suffering from homesickness recently after spending an extensive period in the US touring and promoting her hit album Alright Still. The 54-year-old says, "She felt down about going on tour in the US and has been alone on the road. That's very hard. "The fans think it is a wonderful life when it's actually monumentally dull and spirit-breaking."
