The actress showed up in Los Angeles at a Laurel Canyon home shopping for an upscale but private and smallish home in the area and speculation is that since it is too small for her family and their large entourage, she may be looking for her own little get-away.The actress looked awful according to the owner of the home. He was reportedly shocked at her shrinking frame. "She looked extremely skinny. She was very flattering and said the house was extremely nice and I am hoping that she'll make an offer," Current owner Wolfgang Wind says.Jolie was alone, only showing up with her real estate agent. "It was very strange because it was just her, no bodyguard, no assistant, no nanny, no kids and no Brad."I had no idea who the potential buyer was until I saw her."Jolie and Pitt reportedly were searching for a large estate when they were in France and there have been rumors that Jolie wants Pitt and the kids to move with her to the French countryside, at least for a while.
