The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. That appears to be the judgment of many when it comes to the parents of Lindsay Lohan. Lilo's father Michael wanted Lindsay's mom Dina tested but withdrew a request to have his estranged wife tested for drugs as the pair were in divorce court on Monday.Michael Lohan had previously suggested that Dina Lohan's drinking and his own drug use may have contributed to the substance abuse problems plaguing their starlet daughter. A judge ordered the parents to stop picking on each other in public or in front of their children. Can you believe it? Family Court Judge Stacy D. Bennett said she was awaiting the results of a review by a family therapist, which is due Sept. 6. AP reports that last week, Lindsay was arrested for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, and for felony cocaine possession.She was released on bail and insisted in an e-mail to an entertainment reporter that she was innocent of the allegations, which came just two weeks after she was released from her second stint in rehab this year."It's been horrific," Dina Lohan said of the past week. "Unfortunately we're stuck here [in court] and it should be over. She added that she has been speaking to Lindsay, whose whereabouts are being kept from the media, "every second I can," and "she's doing well."Michael, however, has not been able to reach his daughter. "I've been trying and trying to speak to her," he said. "She's suffering from exactly the same thing I've been suffering."
