Britney Spears is the new Mother Teresa

Britney Spears is helping raise money for UNICEF by participating in a charity auction with X17. The item Britney donated: One signed copy of her new album “Blackout.” Clearly her generosity knows no bound, but it does have a press release: "I think it's important to give back and with the release of Blackout, this seemed like the perfect opportunity to give the fans a chance to bid on something to help children everywhere.” Perhaps a more opportune time for Britney Spears to auction off an autographed copy of her new album might have been, I dunno, about two weeks ago when it came out. Yeah, back when these other people, I think they’re called a record label, were trying to promote it without her. But, it’s cool. What nobody understands is that Britney was too busy eating fried chicken and dressing like a slutty pirate. Because she loves the children so much. Edit: So I scoped out the auction on eBay. At the time of this post it was up to $7200.00. But here’s the best part: “The pop princess has autographed both the insert and the CD in black permanent marker.” Ooh, yes, permanent marker! That shit’s permanent. Where’s my wallet?
