Ex wants piece of Anna’s estate

An ex-boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith, who is serving a six-year sentence for making criminal threats against her, wants a piece of her inheritance, according to documents filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Mark Hatten, who is currently in the Pleasant Valley State Prison, dated Smith in 2000 but was later found guilty of threatening her with a knife and assaulting her neighbour.
He filed his claim on Wednesday in the Superior Court.
Hatten's Web site says he is writing a memoir entitled Hollywood Bad Boy: Sex, Drugs and Anna Nicole.
Smith, 39, died in Florida on February 8 of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.
