Turns out she’s almost as big a fan of Lindsay Lohan as The Hollywood Gossip staff is. The Transformers actress was on the set of her next film, How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, in New York City on Wednesday. While she didn’t comment about being invited to the Katie Rees birthday bash this weekend or not, Fox did respond to a question about Lohan, her co-star a few years ago in Confesions of a Teenage Drama Queen. “Lindsay and I were never friends when we starred together. I mean, we were two 16-year-old girls, it’s rare for two girls of that age to get along, and we didn’t. I can’t believe people think we’re alike?! Ugh!” You tell ‘em, Megan! For the record, though, we don’t think you and Lindsay are alike. You are much, much, much, much, much better looking. You even put Katharine McPhee in her underwear to shame.
