Reality TV star Kerry Katona's chest made a dramatic plunge this week from GG to a trimmer DD after she opted for chest-reduction surgery.
Before the operation, the former Atomic Kitten singer, 27, complained: 'After four kids I need it. When I take my bra off my nipples are by my feet.'
That shouldn't be such a problem after her eight-hour op at the St John and St Elizabeth Hospital, North London - paid for, and filmed in gruesome detail, by MTV for Kerry's new reality show Whole Again.
Kerry's husband Mark Croft, 35, picked her up from hospital after the op, which cost £15,000.
'I feel great. I'm delighted with the way I look and the way it feels. The results are amazing,' she told the Mirror.
As well as breast reduction, Kerry had liposuction and removal of stretch marks - aiming to get back to her pre-baby size eight. The size 12 star had been struggling to get into shape after giving birth to baby Max in April.
And, reported Closer magazine, hubby Mark's jibes didn't help.
'Kerry is very aware that she already has a double chin which Mark jokes about. He's been encouraging her overhaul. He knows that she'll get more work offers when she's thinner,' a source said.
The op comes less than a week after Kerry was made bankrupt at a High Court hearing after failing to pay her tax bill. She had managed to reduce the £417,000 bill - but still owed £82,000.
But things are looking on the up for the TV star, who recently landed a £250,000 windfall after supermarket Iceland renewed its advertising contract with her.
Advertising insiders were proved wrong when they predicted that the frozen food giant would drop Kerry after she was filmed smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol during her pregnancy. Her 'car crash' lifestyle was said to be bad for the firm's family image.
