Lohan Pulls Out Of New Year'S Eve Party Lindsay Lohan has pulled the plug on a Las Vegas New Year's Eve (31Dec07) party - because she no longer wants to appear to be a party girl.The actress will instead ring in 2008 at home with her family.Lohan was booked as the guest of honour at the 2007/2008 bash at Lax nightclub at the Luxor hotel, but her publicist reveals, "She is currently, focusing on her work and sobriety".It's the second time this year (07) Lohan has pulled out of a major Las Vegas event, planned around her.She was booked to celebrate her 21st birthday at Lax's sister club Pure in July (07), but scrapped that in favour of a family party in Malibu, California.She was also attending rehab facility Promises at the time.Meanwhile Beyonce & Jay-Z Plan Pre-New Year Show Beyonce Knowles and hip-hop mogul Jay-Z are set to close out 2007 in style with a joint show in Las Vegas.News has leaked that the couple is planning to hit the stage at the opening of Jay-Z's new 40/40 Club in Sin City on 30 December (07).The pair has often appeared together for performances of their duets, but insiders insist the Las Vegas showcase will be a mini-concert based around both stars.
