When your local branch of Boots opened on the high street we're bettng the first people in line were a few blue-rinsed OAPs waving their Valium prescriptions, and not Paris Hilton waving at the paparazzi. Last night the beloved chemist held their 'Boots has landed' launch party at the Sunset Tower in Hollywood with Kelly Osborn and Christina Milian also putting in appearances. Blimey, suddenly a trip to Boots to stock up on tampons seems so much more chic. We think Paris could have done with some of Boots very own 17 Oil Control Pressed Powder, £3.29 as she;s lookMovie boss Jeffrey Katzenberg asked Cameron Diaz if she would mind him casting her then-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, for the film Shrek The Third. The Dreamworks chief didn’t want to make things awkward for the actress, but he was surprised by her laidback response: "Out of courtesy, I said to Cameron, 'You know, this is something we're considering doing. I like this guy's work a lot. On the other hand, I don't want to mix things up here. Life is already confusing enough for all of us.' "She was completely supportive: 'If that's something you want to do, then great. Obviously I'm a fan and admirer, too.'"
