Angelina Jolie Query Sends Brad Pitt Running for a Private Room

It was like New York City all over gain. It seems that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie don't particularly like to talk about their private lives, unless it is on their terms. So much so that earlier they set ground rules at a film premiere in Gotham where Jolie would need to be presented in a "positive light" to get an interview and there would be no questions on their private lives (as in if Angelina and Brad are really splitting up.) But that's what people want to know, even the people that hang around courthouses where Brad was serving on a jury last week. According to Us Weekly magazine Pitt was quietly reading his book in the court house when he was interrupted by woman who confronted him with a magazine that declared his split from Angelina Jolie, asking, "Is this true?" The woman obviously wasn't carrying Us Weekly as that publication is reporting that all is well in the land of Brangelina. Did Brad answer the woman? It's not clear but it certainly seems as if she was snubbed by Pitt, and he was whisked off to a private room away from the pesky public. Us reports - "at that point Pitt was moved to a private room, where an assistant brought him Subway for lunch."Pitt had dodged jury duty for some time but was finally forced to attend under the threat of a contempt of court citation from a California judge. His excuse was that he was constantly out of the country. It's kinda sad to watch Brad's fall - remember when he was just one of the fellas?
