Season three of MTV's The Hills premieres on Monday, August 13, and wild insults have been hurled back and forth between Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. "One of the most common things that people who watch the show tell me is that they share a common dislike for Spencer," Lauren tells in Touch Weekly.In an August 5 blog rant, Spencer repeatedly referred to Lauren by a vulgar nickname, called her a "desperate loser" and accused Lauren of being "in love: with Heidi. Egomaniac Spencer also claimed in the past that Lauren was infatuated with him.In Touch notes that the three used to be friendly, but the relationship deteriorated last year when Heidi, 20, and Spencer, 23, got closer and moved in together. Heidi and Spencer got engaged in May at the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, Calif., after dating for eight months. Now, after this latest round of nastiness, its doubtful Lauren will forgive and forget: "If fans tune into season three, they will see what really happened. I make it clear there's not much of a chance for reconciliation.
