More than a month after his involvement in an altercation in Las Vegas that sent a celebrity news photographer in the hospital, Britney Spears’ bodyguard, Julio Camera, has been formally charged with battery.On July 27, Spears and Julio Camera were outside the spa at the Wynn Hotel when “JC” Camera tackled a photographer, Andrew Deetz to the ground.Deetz and his associate, Kyle Henderson, claim that while Julio Camera punched and kicked him, Britney Spears threw Sean Preston’s baby bottle (probably filled with Coke) at Henderson, screaming, “I’m going to kill you!” That’s Julio Camera behind Britney Spears on the date in question.Andrew Deetz filed a complaint regarding the melee, and after an investigation, the Las Vegas District Attorney’s office has charged Julio Camera with one count of misdemeanor battery. His court date is set for October 12.At the same time, it looks like Britney Spears will be cleared of a different kind of abuse… involving her children. Despite her being a terrible parent, she hasn’t gone Jude Law or anything with regards to Jayden James and Sean P.Give it time, though. Give it time.
