Demi Moore feels too old for Hollywood

Demi Moore has spoken about her frustration at the lack of movie roles she is being offered, despite spending nearly $600,000 (Rs 2.41 crore) on a full-body make-over making her look years younger than her actual age of 44.Speaking to the Daily Mail, the mature actress said: “It’s been a challenging few years, being the age I am. Almost to the point where I felt like, well, they don’t know what to do with me — I am not 20, not 30.”As well as breast implants, Moore has reportedly also had collagen injections, liposuction on her hips, thighs and stomach, and has also undergone a procedure to lift the sagging skin on her knees. She also enlisted the help of a top fitness team including a nutritionist, personal trainer, yoga teacher and kickboxing coach to get her into shape. However, the only movie role that she has had in recent times was Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, “There aren’t that many good roles for women over 40,” she said. “A lot of them don’t have much substance, other than being someone's mother or wife.“If we are told we are not valuable once we hit 30, it is a problem — we all have more to give. We can't just wait for something to happen: we have to say ‘I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it any more’.”agencies
